Justin M. Rutherford | Principal
Torrey Grove was founded by Justin Rutherford in 2008 to buy, sell, design and remodel single family homes in San Diego. With over 20 years of experience managing residential real estate developments, Justin has served in a variety of roles in the industry including managing the operations of Torrey Grove since its founding, serving as Senior Director for a private equity advisor where he was responsible for new investment originations, and previously serving as Senior Vice President of Finance for a real estate investment advisory firm where he managed capital commitments of nearly $1 billion. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
